Principal Bruce Rosenzweig

Began in the building trades in western Canada in the mid-1970's, hands on, learning the custom home building trade.  In south Florida since the late 1970's he began as a developer's site superintendent for condominium, high-rise and townhouse construction.  He began on his own as a general contractor in 1980 first as owner of a finish carpenty company and as a custom home builder.  He built the first homes in the luxury community of Fieldbrook Estates in west Boca Raton and remodeled a number of homes in St. Andrews Country Club and other local residential communities.  Moving in to the commercial arena he erected the Community Appearance Board award winning Boca Este condominium on A1A in Boca Raton, built free standing block and beam buildings in Ft Lauderdale and metal buildings in Wellington.  Finding a niche in medical/surgical/dental buildouts he's completed numerous complex configurations, some under board of health and ACA reviews.  Numerous other projects include general and high end office buildouts, Florida Turnpike toll plaza administration building remodeling (including collaboration on extension of toll booth service tunnel), general office, office warehouse, showroom spaces and  restaurants.
